1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dream Capture India's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Service Description

Dream Capture India is a talent onboarding and profile management platform designed to connect aspiring models, actors, and entertainers with casting opportunities in the Indian modeling and entertainment industry. We provide profile creation, verification, industry guidance, and access to casting updates for registered and verified members.

3. No Work Guarantee

Dream Capture India does not guarantee employment, paid work, income, or any specific number of casting opportunities. All opportunities shared through the platform are subject to availability, project requirements, and profile suitability as determined by the casting team or third-party clients. Registering on the platform and paying the onboarding fee does not entitle you to any specific work, role, or compensation.

4. Profile Requirements & Eligibility

To register on Dream Capture India, you must meet the following requirements:

• ✦Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if under 18
• ✦Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your registration form
• ✦Submit genuine photographs and portfolio materials that you own or have rights to
• ✦Not misrepresent your skills, experience, height, weight, or identity in any way
• ✦Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

Dream Capture India reserves the right to reject or permanently remove profiles that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5. Payment Terms

A one-time, non-refundable onboarding and verification fee of ₹1,499 is required to activate your profile and gain access to platform features. This fee covers profile creation, verification, and platform access. Payment does not guarantee any specific outcome or casting opportunity. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. User Conduct

As a registered member of Dream Capture India, you agree to:

• ✦Behave professionally in all interactions related to casting and platform use
• ✦Not share confidential platform content, casting details, or member information with unauthorized parties
• ✦Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• ✦Not harass, intimidate, defame, or impersonate other members or platform representatives
• ✦Promptly update your profile if your personal or professional details change

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension or removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dream Capture India platform, including logos, design elements, and written content, is the property of Dream Capture India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By uploading photographs and materials, you grant Dream Capture India a non-exclusive license to use such materials for platform purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Capture India and its team members shall not be liable for:

• ✦Any loss of income or opportunity resulting from casting or selection decisions
• ✦Actions or decisions made by third-party clients, casting directors, or industry professionals
• ✦Technical issues, platform downtime, or service interruptions beyond our control
• ✦Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for onboarding services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

Dream Capture India reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
