Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee

The onboarding fee of ₹1,499 is strictly non-refundable once paid. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree that this fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. This policy exists to maintain platform integrity and ensure dedicated service to all verified members.

2. Purpose of the Fee

The one-time onboarding and verification fee of ₹1,499 covers the following services provided by Dream Capture India:

• ✦Professional digital profile creation and setup
• ✦Identity verification and background review by our team
• ✦Access to the Dream Capture India platform and its resources
• ✦Casting updates and exclusive opportunity notifications
• ✦Modeling and acting guidance materials
• ✦Digital ID card and certificate issuance upon approval
• ✦Dedicated onboarding support throughout the process

3. No Exceptions Policy

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• ✦Change of mind after payment has been made
• ✦Failure to complete the registration form after payment
• ✦Profile not being approved due to non-compliance with platform requirements
• ✦Dissatisfaction with the number or type of casting opportunities
• ✦Technical issues on the user's own device or connection
• ✦Absence of suitable casting opportunities for your profile type
• ✦Decision to withdraw from the platform after successful onboarding

4. No Work Guarantee

Dream Capture India is an onboarding and profile management platform. We do not guarantee employment, paid work, or any specific number of casting opportunities. The availability of work depends entirely on market demand, project requirements, and the suitability of your profile. The onboarding fee does not in any way guarantee work or income.

5. Duplicate Payments

In the event of a verified duplicate or erroneous payment caused by a technical error on our payment system, please contact us immediately at supportdreamcaptureindia1@gmail.com with your transaction reference and details. Duplicate payment cases will be reviewed individually and resolved within 7 business days.
